You can check your Transaction History at any time, in one of two ways: by generating a report from the "My History" tab on your account details page or accessing the "Transactions" tab in the Cashier.
Depending on your device and preferred method, please follow the steps below:
On PC and Laptop for the Cashier view:
- Click the drop-down arrow next to your total balance.
- In the extended window, click "Cashier".
- Once the cashier window opens, select "Transactions".
- Click the calendar icon to extend the desired period up to 90 days in the past.
On PC and Laptop for the Account details view:
- Click the drop-down arrow next to your avatar and username.
- In the extended window, click "My History".
- Once the "My History" window opens, tick "My transactions".
- Select the dates you want for your report, up to 90 days in the past.
- Press "Get report".
On Mobile Devices for the Cashier view:
- Tap the total balance.
- In the extended window, tap "Cashier" - on some mobile devices, landscape view may be required.
- Once the cashier window opens, select "Transactions" (depending on your specific device, you may need to scroll down to more options).
- Tap the calendar icon to extend the desired period up to 90 days in the past.
On Mobile Devices for the Account details view:
- Tap your avatar (top right corner).
- In the extended window, tap "My History".
- Once the "My History" window opens, ensure that the "My transactions" option is enabled.
- Select the dates you want for your report, up to 90 days in the past.
- Tap "Get report".
Notes:
- This report includes all the available data relevant to your requested timeframe. Please note that data from the last 24 hours may not be available and therefore may not be included in the report.
