How do I make a deposit?

To make a deposit, please follow these steps depending on your device:

On PC and Laptop:

On Mobile Devices:

1. Tap the total balance.

Once the Deposit window opens:

1. Select a payment method
2. Select a deposit amount or enter a preferred value
3. Subject to your method of payment, you may need to either enter your Security Code (CVV) or open your payment provider's app and authenticate the transaction

5. To complete the transaction, click on "Deposit"

Your credentials will be requested and to complete the transfer, you must follow the on-screen instructions.
